How it Works:
FIRST: Find a birthday package and project below that makes the Birthday kid dang happy.

SECOND: Fill out the form to book your party.

WHEN CAN BIRTHDAY PARTIES HAPPEN AT ART HUB?
Birthday parties can be booked whenever the classroom is free. It’s best to plan ahead so no classes will be scheduled during that time. They can happen mornings, afternoon, and evenings.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BIRTHDAY PACKAGE?
Each package includes:

An experienced Instructor to guide the party through their project

A fun classroom space to celebrate the Birthday Person
-
Plates, silverware, napkins, glasses, and organic lemonade (We use eco-friendly products, no plastic)

A finished piece of artwork to take home (exceptions with clay that needs to be fired. Those will need to be picked up later)

WHAT ISN’T INCLUDED:
Cake or Birthday Dessert. BUT you can bring that in and we have all the stuff to serve it.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN COME TO MY BIRTHDAY PARTY?
The most we can have at one time for a party is 12 people.

WHAT IF I HAD ANOTHER PROJECT I REALLY WANTED TO DO THAT IS NOT OFFERED BELOW?
Give us a call! If we have the skills, we can probably do it. (We have LOTS of skills in the Art Hub Community)

SWINGING THE DAY AWAY
Who doesn’t love a diorama? These recreations of each party goers “happy place” are making memories in a box. Using an array of reuse materials each little artist can have fun creating with their friends!

PRINTMAKERS CELEBRATE
Creating memories and creating stamps. Leave your birthday party in style with your new little stamped bag! During your birthday party an instructor will teach a printmaking stamp technique that will be used to stamp on a little cotton bag.

SHRINKY DINK PARTY
Who doesn’t LOVE shrinky dinks? Always a mystery and always fun. Party Goers each get to design and make their own creations using shrinky dinks. Whether they want to make earrings, necklaces, key chains, or little miniature masterpieces it will be a fun time had by all. While all the creations are baking everyone can enjoy the dessert treats and presents. We will spend the last 30 min assembling and creating final pieces to take home.

CLAY BIRTHDAY PACKAGES
GLAZE IT UP
The magic of glaze! Choose from over 20 figurines and functional wares to glaze and create your own little masterpiece along with memories. (Pieces will be available for pick up 2 weeks after party.)

A COILING GOOD TIME
While enjoying each other’s company the party goers will be taught how to make coils and use those coils to make a small pot. After rocking and rolling for about 90 min we will take a break to celebrate with cake and presents. Then back to the pieces to paint them with glaze. The pottery will be available for pick up 2-3 weeks after the party.

HANDBUILDING FIGURINE
Each party goer will have fun learning how to create their very own figurine to take home. After the figurines are made (about 90 min) the party takes a break to eat cake and open presents before getting back to work decorating their figurine with glaze. Their masterpieces will be available for pick up 2-3 weeks after the party.

DISH UP THE FUN
Another party opportunity to get your hands in clay! Each party goer will learn how to roll out a slab, cut their desired dish shape, and then they get to pick out textures and stamps to make it really their own. When their slab masterpieces are almost done we will add a foot to it and give it some height. After about 90 min of getting our hands dirty we will take a break to celebrate the Birthday person with desserts and presents while our dishes dry a bit. Once tummies are full we will spend the last 30 min glazing to make our masterpieces have some color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after the party.
