Create a room sign that's as unique as you are! In this after-school class, students will design and build their own custom mosaic sign using colorful glass, tile, and other mosaic materials.
Along the way, students will learn real mosaic techniques including how to safely cut and shape glass and tile, plan a design, create balanced layouts, and properly apply adhesives. It's a hands-on class that's a little messy, incredibly rewarding, and a great introduction to the art of mosaics.
Each student will leave with a one-of-a-kind mosaic sign ready to hang on their bedroom door or display at home. These personalized signs also make wonderful handmade Christmas gifts for grandparents, family members, or friends. All supplies are included.
