Art Hub's Ceramics Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Art Hub, we do our best to keep classes running smoothly while honoring the time and commitment of our students and instructors. Thank you for taking a moment to review our refund and cancellation policy, effective July 25, 2026.
Class Minimums
All ceramics classes, including wheel throwing and handbuilding, require a minimum of 4 participants one week before the class start date.
If the minimum enrollment is met, the class will run as scheduled.
Ceramics Class Registration Policy
Our wheel throwing and handbuilding classes have very limited enrollment, and each registration helps us meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the class. Because canceled spots are often difficult to fill, all ceramics class registrations are non-refundable.
If Art Hub Cancels a Class/Workshop
-
If a class is canceled because we did not meet the minimum and it cannot be rescheduled, you may choose a full refund or class credit.
-
If a new date is scheduled and you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund or class credit valid for one year.
-
If a workshop (1 time class) is canceled due to instructor illness or bad weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, you may choose a full refund or class credit.
-
If a class (multiple weeks) is canceled due to instructor illness or bad weather, we will reschedule, if you are unable to attend, no refund or class credit will be issued. We will make sure you get the material that was covered during that makeup.
If You Need to Cancel Your Registration
15 or more days before the class starts:
- You will receive class credit for the full registration amount.
14 days or fewer before the class starts:
- No refunds or class credits will be issued.
After the class has started:
- No refunds or class credits will be issued.
Class Credits
Class credits are valid for one calendar year from the date they are issued and expire thereafter.
