What is needle felting? Needle felting is the art of sculpting wool by stabbing it, repeatedly, with a barbed needle. It is a VERY forgiving art form making it suitable for almost everyone!

In this class, Erin from The Wood and Wool Shop will take you step by step through the process of creating a wool painting. You will have the option of following along with me, step by step, creating the birch trees or you can get creative and do your own thing! Once our wool painting is complete, we will mount it inside a wood frame.

By the end of class, you will have created a beautiful, unique painting that would look great hanging on a wall, sitting on a shelf or you can give it as a gift!

Please be aware, class times are approximate as everyone stabs at a different pace. Completed project measures approximately 6"x6"

Make your time even more extra special with delicious food from Cambridge Market! Just check the box next to what you want and we will have it ready for you at Art Hub for your class. Perfect for those evening classes when it’s hard to squeeze in a meal.
